BASIC PREP PROTOCOL
Frequency x Volume = Intensity
This is a 4-week program designed to improve your aerobic health and get you prepared for more intense training. At the same time, this program will improve your body composition by increasing muscular strength and decreasing body fat percentage.
I encourage clients to record their body fat percentage/skeletal muscle mass and linear progression of weights before and after the program to better quantify results.
