This is a 4-week program designed to improve maximal strength and increase your ability to generate force. I encourage clients to record their one rep maxes, vertical jump and broad jump before and after the program to better quantify results.

Speed Made Simple

This is a 4-week program designed to improve linear top speed, acceleration and mechanics. I encourage clients to time themselves before beginning the program and immediately after to quantify the results.

BASIC PREP PROTOCOL

Frequency x Volume = Intensity

This is a 4-week program designed to improve your aerobic health and get you prepared for more intense training. At the same time, this program will improve your body composition by increasing muscular strength and decreasing body fat percentage. 


I encourage clients to record their body fat percentage/skeletal muscle mass and linear progression of weights before and after the program to better quantify results.
